As our Sous Chef, you’ll bring proven experience in a busy kitchen. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required, while a Certificate in Professional Cookery or City & Guilds qualification is a real advantage. You’ll step up when the Head Chef is away, confidently managing cleaning, prep, and service across colds, hots, grill, and pans.

You’re not just a cook — you’re a leader. You’ll support the Head Chef in guiding the team, mentoring up-and-coming talent, and keeping the kitchen humming. You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a team environment where everyone has each other’s backs.
